The best spot on the lake is at the east end on the north side near the deadhead about 50 feet out from the dock. You will need a boat. Also try fishing the drop off from the shoal down there too

Ive never been skunked there which makes it on of my most favorite lakes in the lower mainland

Rolley is one of my faves. Fly fishing is killer on it. If you look back a few pages you'll find a few posts on it that I did. I have put up info for that lake multiple times.

thanks LV,whats the approxamite size trout in there??
Louis Vuitton

about 14inches. I don't know what is good in there though specificaly, cause the day i went up there, I caught them on anything. It was sorta rediculous. There is a deep trough at the far end, and we'd kick back and then forth with a hit, then switch flies and do it again and get another fish, then switch. We I think I used like five or six different flies on five or six different passes and got fish on each one. But the first two fish for sure were on beedhead micro leaches.

ah okay thanks LV cheers

Yeah, the trough is at the far end and is pretty deep. I was using a type 3 to get down, and my friend was using a slower type 1. If your going to use hardware, make sure you have enough weight to get down and keep your lure in the strike zone. One thing though, fly fishing outdoes the gear in there 5-1 i find. But if your going to use gear, i'd say micro-spoons in hammered brass due to the colour (brass is reflects more in stained water) of the water.

thanks LV and once again cheers

anything else anyone???

If the weather is overcast, and you have a spinning rod, I would try usiing a 1/8 ounce silver croc. Last weekend it was dynamite!

Check the fishin' reports on it, this site.
