YELLOW LAKE! West bound off of Highway 97 about 10 kilometers south of Penticton. Very productive in early summer months, as well as spring. There is a killer spot for perch, just jigging hook, worm and split shot. If you, or anyone else wants to know, just email me. ---->mr_m0le@hotmail.com (the "O" in m0le is a zero)

if you ever get to the island let me know, I can tell ya a real great place for perch, and their not native in this system so the limit is high (if you're into keeping, I know a few people who use 'em for bait in their crab traps)
Tyler

Yeah I come out to the island salmon fishing just about every summer. Where would I find perch out there? and how big are they?

thanks

Nozzy

drop me a line at: hkolson@shaw.ca and I'll send you the info

well, you can catch some decent sized perch (2lbs) at Yeloow Lake. I mean, I enjoy trout or bass fishing any day over it, but it's still fun. They're also good tasteing!

gardom is relatively small. there are also nice big rainbow and brookies.
pinaus is bigger. i gather you get the purch in the shallows near the camp site??
Tyler

I tried to e-mail mr_m0le@hotmail.com and hkolson@shaw.ca but have not recieved a reply. If you are able to send me information on perch or bass fishing my e-mail is t_nielsen77@hotmail.com

Actually, all of the decent perch that i have caught have been about in the middle of the lake, on the rock side. Just using a hook and worm, jigging it off of the bottem.

hi tyler,i just moved from edmonton, and i like perch fishing too,try lambly lake off bear creek fsr,if your coming from the south go to westside road after westbank, then follow that till u hit bear creek fsr on the left.the snow might not be that deep any more so a car can probably make it. and fish at the north end near a big point in about 15 ft ,with a deadly dick and worm, mealworm,or ice grub.as with any perch lake i fished its got alot of small ones and some lunkers.hope this helps!
Tyler

thanks for the tip jacudo
