Does anyone have a relatively up to date chart of the channels and gravel bars? I've been out fishing several times and always manage to find myself in 2 feet of water...
I'm starting in Mission and going up just below the Harrison.

Scroll down to Pacific region and select what section you want info on. It is apparently updated weekly.

That only seems to show richmond to surrey not higher up
postelsia

Sorry, thought it went further up. The only other report out there monitors freshet, but they stop posting levels in July.

Fish-n-map company make a good water proof map for that area as well as the lower Fraser. It also shows fishing spots. Many tackle shops have them.
The problem is,that area is forever changing,so use it as a guide.Don't trust it 100%
Why not launch at Harrison?

You mean kilby? Did that once. Plowed gravel and nearly got stuck mid river. Same reason - no map of channels
prunehands

Yeh Kilby or 7 bridge. Was it the big bar at the confluence ?I hit that that first time I ran out of there years ago.Should be showing by now.

same thing happened a few years ago. Sure scared the hell out of me. Like Abe said on another post that spot can be very dangerous. You need a decent boat and some knowledge of the river or you can find serious trouble.
