An ugly stick is excellent for a "light tackle" fishing rod

I have one that is 8.6 feet long, action: Heavy. It can support line 12-30 lbs.
catfish, salmon, and anything upto around 30lbs s/b OK. I have not caught one that big yet so don't know. I got a 20lbs Coho, no problem at all.
I am selling mine for $45 CDN. If you are interested let me know ASAP else it will be gone in 2 days on Ebay.

would M weight and holds up to 15 pds ugly stik be ideal for bass to pikes ?

The M or poundage means the type of line that you can put use with the rod. I would say it's hard to find a 15lbs bass in the lower mainland.. lol.
15lbs salmon is quite comon though.

You know that's a US website right? It will cost about $15 US for shipping the rod to you.
The one I have for sale is listed on that website at $69, with a cork handle.
Interested email junkie1909@hotmail.com. You have 1 days left to pick it up. lol

I grew up fishing bass, pickerel, muskies, and pike (jackfish) in and around Kenora. I can guarantee that the rod you are asking about will provide plenty of action for all but a big muskie...and with that, you'll at least get to see it bend around tip to handle before the line snaps! Good luck!
