I was just wondering how good the pink fishing is in Steveston. What baits are working?
The Yak

I havent fished Steveston but i'll tell ya... dont waist your time with bait... Chuck spoons like Hot Rods and Krocs.

Hot Rods have been killing em' though. If you can find them, use them before all others. All though I did get a solid 6 lbs doe out of a Kroc a few weeks ago... Wait for the incoming high tide and you should get a few...

and no bait until after oct.7 anywhere along the lower fraser including the mouth.

Thanks guys

I love how the bait ban is in affect to help the endangered Thompson coho, yet the commercial boys have been raping the mouth now for over a week. Yet another reason not to put ANY faith is DFO
