try nicomen slough near the first bridge. lots of chum and coho during each tide. caught one hatchery coho and 2 female chum yesterday in the rain during high tide using pink blu fox. its just getting started on the other side.

Where abouts is this spot??

just north of hatzic on hwy 7. the hwy turns sharp to the right when heading north and across a bridge which crosses nicomen slough. on the south side of the slough is a road which goes out to the fraser river. there is a boat launch near the fraser. you can fish from shore all along the side of the road.

was there today....no coho but lots of very clean chum. buddy took two home very bright fish with sea lice still on. use green bead type spinners if targeting chum. these fish fight real hard when hooked in the mouth.

lots of chum on the stave and a few coho. fishing is best at high tide when the fresh fish move up.
