Great day for me and rob. Arrived at our spot and found it packed with coho. Hooked my first coho on a jig and then switched to my flyrod. I caught 4 hatchery coho and Rob got his limit useing blue fox spinners and colorado blades. I released one hatchery coho because I hoped to get a bigger one, but that was the last one hooked. Serves me right. BP

bp.....what imitation fly did you nail them with and color of jig as well. this jig fishing for salmon is new to me but i noticed its quite popular in wash. state. thanks bp.

It was a purple egg sucking leach. The mariboo jig was purple also. Good luck.

any GPS cordinates where you where catching all these coho's because I have wanted to catch one on the fly all season but have had no luck or email me osme directions would be nice
