nice fish.
my brother is in pt. mcneil for work. he hauled his boat over there to try to get some fishing in as well. heard the hali were fishing well.
what set-up was working best?
steelheadmike72

thnx..tried jigging with mudraker and herring/squid..lost 1 on that..but it was the spreader bar with those green hootchies that go over a scent container...with scent and squid or herring...caught more with herring...almost all the fish were caugtht at 130-140 feet.....

as there still is No private messaging Yet on this site...if you post your email..i will send you a message of where we caught all the halibut..

tightlines.
gearbox

cool, thanx.
he's new to the area and doesn't know any spots. he's been out only a couple times and is just getting to know it.

don't forget about the cheeks mike, they are the best part of any fish!!
