Does anyone have any info on the road and camping conditions to Dot,Gypsum or Roscoe lks? Was thinking of planning a fall trip.I haven't been in there in over 25 yrs
gearbox

a fall trip? that's still a ways away.

as far as i know, all the roads are decent. never hurts to take a chainsaw with you. these days with all the beetlekill and logged out areas, trees falling across the bush roads is way more common.

i'll let you know if i'm up that way. i was up in that area a few times this fall and all was good. except that they've turned the whole area into one giant clearcut pretty much. it looks like an atom bomb hit the place, compared to when i used to hunt and fish that area years ago.
