Going up to tulameen, then to penticton. Anyone got any suggestions for Penticton lake fishin??

on you're way to penticto just before you hit the junctionat keledan next to the highway is yellow lake we use to catch nice 2-3 pound fish

What kind of fishing you trying? I grew up in Penticton and have been pretty much everywhere around there.
Yellow Lake is stocked, but very easy access. It can get crowded and the fish aren't aggressive 'cause they've seen everything.
If you have a 4x4 and are willing to drive an hour out of Penticton, my favorite is the mountain lake just past Apex Ski Resort, next to Nickel-Plate mine. I never figured out the name of it.
Before you pick just any lake from a map, ask at a fishing store. Many of the Okanagan mountain lakes contain sulphur and other volcanic poisons; they don't support fish.
