Has anyone been to clear creek hotsprings?? Could you tell me if the road is rough 4x4, or if there's a hike in?

hey, went up this year,, early summer,, its a mess up there... its a rough 4*4 road,, w/lots of cross drainage ditches,, if u have a jeep or pickup or something like that u should do fine.. it takes about 2 hours i think once u get past the city of harrison.. the springs are little tubs w/temps around 100-104.. if u like backcountry and exploring go and do it!!! ps. be careful,, i got lost up there and had to ask a ranger haha.. watch the miles go by on the side of the road so u dont get lost..

Clear Creek Hot Springs are on the east side of Harrison Lake.I was there on the May long weekend.What a gong show!The road from Bear Creek all the way to Big Silver was covered with Garbage,Litter,booze bottles,lawn chairs and whatever the little SHITS did not want to take home!(Grad Punks).A disgusting mess.
20 years ago the road was very rough and difficult(creek bed full of boulders)It has gotten easier every time I have gone up there.Now All you need is a minivan,not kidding!Active logging paved the way!
At one time you could be the only ones there,not now!
Got to love progress!!!

Notice the old log cabin! It is now gone! some ASSHOLES burnt it down 5 or 6 years ago.

Haha..Nice pics...wow that road looks like it used to be quite bad. Do you know anything about the west side of Harrison?? Can you make it through that way easy? I heard it goes through to boston Bar?? I also heard there was hot springs on that side as well??
Here's a pic from the east side i thought was quite cool...
