Hi Speed

looks like a great time, how far offshore do you have to go and how big of a boat are you on
Big Dan

Actually I am closer to Surfers Paradise in a town called Southport. Right on the coast line.
Enjoy your stay in NSW!

I see a few posts have been deleted since this morning. Just an observation here. MrGrey1 posted this in his opening post "Saw a few pre-recorded fishing shows last night and most of the fish was handled on river beaches, rocks, held out for a long time to be measured and weight. Then additional photos are taken before returning them to the water,. I was just thinking of the short release I did and now I wish that you could see all these improper handlings that nobody says anything about it here. Yes, these are professionally made recordings for TV here. But I do not wish not start any more arguments here. This is just for your information how it is here. The people were handling Barramundi, Snappers, Salmon and other species for a long time and on the beaches.."
I took this as a troll to see if he could get a rise out of some members which he did.
Since a few posts were removed shouldn't the above quote also be removed or is there a double standard here?

dumptruck and spooner responded apropriately. the thread subsequently became interesting , covering mr grey1's trip down under, big dan's second home and some great photos. the other comments were not necessary so i deleted them (and some other comments which were in response to the others and did not make sense on their own.)
if this is a double standard as opposed to removing some unneccesary garbage so be it.

Who cares, your digging way too deep at it man, let it go already, not to mention you sound like a whiny 5 year old. It seems like hardly any posts on this site get attention until there is some sort of drama haha, it's pathetic

MrGrey1 enjoying your trip..thanks for the updates..good to see folks having fun on the rod.!!
