Topic: Cultus Lake Sockeye? |

Fishin is bad medicine

Hi, i was wondering about them cultus lake sockeye run, and have quite a few questions. First off, is it kokanee in cultus or actual sockeye from the ocean, and if it is from the ocean, the only way it can get to cultas is to go through lower vedder, correct? I looked at a map and it showed a creek branching of vedder just above the crossing that leads to cultus. So if the sockeye caught above the crosing do not go to cultus, are they a vedder sockeye run? hopefully someone has the answers to these questions, thanks
